Our Purpose
RMB Ventures’ purpose is to empower people, teams and businesses to unlock full potential.
This purpose is core to everything we do. What do we mean by ‘full potential’? In its purest form, it simply means to become the best that one can be, thinking in abundance and without constraints. This is fairly open-ended, because what full potential looks like for one business will be vastly different from another. It is not a destination, however a continuous, emergent journey. In order to authentically live our purpose, it needed to become a dynamic guide that our management teams can use to lead our portfolio companies and help them to develop the unconstrained thinking and abundance mindset that we believe is the foundation of achieving full potential.
