RMB Ventures together with Nedbank Private Equity and management acquired Marltons which is a leading supplier of an extensive range of pet products and accessories to the retail market, hardware chains, co-ops and some 1,200 pet and vet stores. The business is mature with good cash flow. The consortium believes that the distribution of this business can be further leveraged to accommodate further complimentary brands and products to fuel growth.
