We want to partner with management teams who are passionate about their businesses, their employees, customers, communities and other stakeholders who play a part in the success of their enterprise. We look for robust cash flows understanding that cash is sometimes required to invest for growth.

We invest in all sectors of the economy other than primary mining and passive real estate. We will selectively invest in the agricultural sector. We generally do not invest in listed companies, but are comfortable with public to private transactions. We have limited appetite for venture capital, but may find a solution for early stage investments in our portfolio companies. Here they can be incubated and supported by a big brother, improving their chances of success.
