Tsholo joined RMB Ventures in 2025. Prior to RMB Ventures, Tsholo was a Senior Associate at Boston Consulting Group, advising leading corporates on strategy and growth. Before that, she was an Associate at J.P. Morgan in Johannesburg, where she supported the execution of M&A and capital markets transactions across multiple sectors. Her career began in M&A at Bank of America (BofA Securities), and she was selected as an Allan Gray Orbis Foundation Fellow, a prestigious entrepreneurial fellowship that develops high-impact future business leaders.
