In 2016, Robert successfully completed his PhD in High Energy Particle Physics at the University of the Witwatersrand (Wits), collaborating with the ATLAS group at the Large Hadron Collider at CERN, Switzerland. Subsequently, he embarked on a Postdoctoral Fellowship before transitioning into industry. Robert joined a top-tier management consulting firm in 2017 where he managed projects for clients across different industries and capabilities. His primary focus lay in strategic advisory and operational performance improvement.
