Ndumiso is a qualified CA(SA), having graduated from the University of the Witwatersrand with a Bachelor of Accounting Sciences (2011) and a Higher Diploma in Accounting (2012).

Post his studies, Ndumiso completed his articles at Price Waterhouse Coopers (PwC) where he also spent six months on secondment to the PwC Eindhoven office. He then joined the PwC Transaction Services team where he worked on a number of financial due diligence assignments across a number of industries. Ndumiso later set his sights on a career in Private Equity and joined Phatisa. During his time at Phatisa, Ndumiso worked on the origination, due diligence, execution and monitoring of private equity investments.

Ndumiso joined RMB Ventures in January 2023.
