Prior to RMB Ventures, Kati was a Vice President on the investment team at Morgan Stanley Capital Partners, a New York-based private equity firm managing more than $2bn. Prior to that, Kati spent three years at Alterra Capital Partners (fka Emerging Capital Partners) where he was responsible for providing investment support across the full private equity value chain. Kati started his career as a management consultant at Bain & Company, where he focused on strategy and private equity due diligence projects across EMEA. Kati joined RMB Ventures in 2025.
