Cayla-Rae Hammond is a CA(SA), CFA Charter holder and holds a Bachelor of Accounting Science (Hons) from the University of the Witswatersrand (Wits).

After her studies she completed her training articles at FirstRand on the TOPP Programme where she rotated through various business units within the group. In 2018 Cayla-Rae joined FNB Commercial: Advisory as a dealmaker focusing on general corporate finance advisory for mid-sized corporate clients across various industries. She joined RMB Ventures in 2022.
