Aaron graduated with an Econometrics degree from Pretoria University and an honours in Economics at UNISA and focuses on solving strategic challenges faced by various organisations.

Aaron joined the RMB Ventures team as a Value Creation Consultant in 2023. He previously headed up the Business Strategy function within RMB’s Banking Division, as a member of the Transactional Banking Executive team. Prior to joining the bank, Aaron was a senior Engagement Manager within the management consulting industry, where he focused on strategy formulation, digital transformation and providing strategic advisory across the Financial Services, Energy, Transport and Government sectors.
